Poem Identity

I'm a new member and in need of some help in finding a poem for my 84 year old Father-In-Law. The only information I have is a line from the poem: "Ring the bell but once for me." If anyone knows the poem this line comes from I would be very grateful to know the title of this poem and the author. Thanks in advance for any help. JD:p

Back in August I posed a question regarding the line: "Ring the Bell but once for Me" which my Father-In-Law asked about. Actually, I'm not sure it is from a poem but that's what he thought. If anyone has any clue regarding this quoted line, please post your comments or thoughts. I would love to be able to give him the entire poem or other piece of verse, prose...wherever it came, comes from. Thanks to all for any help.
