Has anyone else found these puzzles as addictive as I have? I was introduced to them for the first time during my plane trip to Portland, Oregon and since then I can't seem to tear myself away from them.
Are there enough users/abusers here to start a Sudoku-holics anonymous?

Aye, I'm a Sudoku-er, though I'm far from addicted.

I work Sudokus on occasion, although I avoid the difficult ones. I find those too taxing. I enjoy the puzzles once in a while, but can usually find something I would rather do.
Indeed, Sudoku has seemed my latest addiction, as well; with the passing of another day, especially while on vacation, I require at least one 'fix.' Besides in books, my newspaper also prints them, along with the daily crossword puzzles, and such games. I play them unstoppably, my competitive times ranging here and there, but it comes with practice. :D

Have you tried Kakuro puzzles??? It's more interesting to me, you really have to think, sudoku is...sometimes really simple.

I love sudoku but I only really play it when I stressed or depressed. It is my outlet when my mind is rushing a mile a minute! I can sit down and do sudoku after sudoku in a zombie like state and when I come to about 5 hours later (literally) I have forgotten my problems. It is much more healthy than alcohol, surely!
I can't allow myself to work them casually or I would never get any housework or reading done :(

They started in The Buffalo News a few months ago, so I do them everyday.

And therein my problem lies...our newspaper (or rather...a neighboring island's newspaper that we recieve) prints them as well, and I also have a book of them, AND I also have the game downlaoded to my cell phone. I start with just one puzzle to pass time, and the next thing I know, I've done five or six and I'm late for something or forgot to put my laundry in the rinser or something...
Some are easy, but some are not...I must try these...kakuro puzzles...
my, my, but is my summer festive :p
Yikes, this could make me even more attached to my computer, as I just found that Yahoo.com now has daily Sudoku puzzles. Jeepers creepers!
Though online, it seems slightly stranger, as I sometimes like drawing out my own grid to have a 'rough' paper of predictions where a number may go, but it still seems convenient. :D
