Could someone supply me with a link or links to some scholarly critiques of the Iliad? I am having difficulty finding any critiques...and I feel that my internet searching capabilities are rather good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello, nunya, welcome to the forum. ;)
I did a bit of research, and found a few resources that may appeal to you. This site (http://academic.reed.edu/humanities/110Tech/Iliad.html) has some decent information of The Iliad, history, timelines, etc. This site (http://uwp.edu/~canary/eng246/iliad.html), though you did not ask for this information, gives a very short, very precise summary of The Iliad. Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Iliad) usually has some decent information worth reading. This site (http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/Quarters/2471/Troy.html) shows some really interesting archaelogical history and information of Troy. Lastly, this site (http://depthome.brooklyn.cuny.edu/classics/dunkle/studyguide/homer.htm) has some general essays definitely worth reading.
This site (http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~loxias/iliad/iliadstart3.htm) merely seemed very amusing, and I had to post the link! :D
Good luck!
