summaries of calssical works

I'm wondering if anyone know where I can find summaries or shortened verisons of classical literary works?

If you search for very, very condensed versions of literature, particularly the classics, I would recommend Cliff's Notes; for those books difficult to understand, they can help clear things to some understanding. Besides that, if you search for a longer book (like War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy, for example), you could always also try abridged versions of the novels. :nod:
