I was prompted to post a greeting to you all. I am the newest birth here. So I thought I would post a poem for you all to read. The poem is about .... (why would I tell you?)

“Chambers of Secrecy”
©Nihad Dweidary, May 25, 2006

This is my final letter to you, my love.
This candle will now surely go out,
And flying away is no longer an option.

I am singing to you my final tune,
Hence you are sent off to fantasy
To wander and wonder and thrive.

This is the lesson of love, my darling.
The one you ran after and embraced,
The one you so fashionably sought.

I hold my heart for you and the words
To bear on your soul like an evening breeze
To torture you in eternal chambers of secrecy.

The notes of love don’t come easily tonight
And neither does the knowledge you will
Bear with you when you read these words.

The remnants of our shattered devotion
Will now nourish my strength to soar
And disappear beyond your true finding.

Like you, everything is perpetually blossoming,
Intimately growing and searching for destinations,
And love sometimes is the secret of dreams.

Love,

Royalmoons
