does anybody know how to get poems published?
either single poems in a magazine or something like that
or
an entire chapbook of my personal poetry
would be nice.

i've got 200+ pages of copyrighted material
just waiting
and aching
to be published.

I'd probably start with wide-scope contests to get a feel for the quality of your work and to build up your résumé--you can find books and magazines with comprehensive listings of available venues. Alternately, you could self-publish, but I don't know if that will get you where you want to go with your writing.

no, it probably wouldn't. i want people to actually read it. i don't want it to sit on my bookshelf forever.
