Hi radspanner, welcome to the forum! Have you tried Wuthering Heights? I also liked Agnes Grey but not better than Wuthering Heights, ofcourse.

i am a newbie to the site and am fascinated with the brontes. have an extensive book collection and have done much studying and researching of their lives. they lived very tragic yet passionate lives and their stories are remarkeable. just finished an in-depth book on emily bronte and how her own life experiences brought her to write wuthering heights. will close now so as to not over stay my welcome. i would love to hear from all bronte lovers.
