Hello and let me introduce myself

Hello everyone and I'm glad to be a new member to this forum, especially since I love Literature. I found this site through my search engine, after searching other Literary forums (none quite as good as this one I might add ;) ) I'm a college student majoring in Liberal Arts in New York City, where I was born. I'm unsure what I want to be but hopefully I'll find out in the future. My favorite writers are Jorge Luis Borges, Edgar Allan Poe, and W. Shakespeare (of course). Hope to be posting here for a long time to come.

Perhaps I should ask a few questions? How long has everyone here been a member? How did you found out about this site and what did you think of it in the beginning? What are your favorite writers?

I have been a member for about a month, and I found this site quite randomly. I was doing a search on something else and this site came back as one of the results. I love language and reading so I signed up pronto. I enjoy many writers including Poe and Shakespeare. I also like Steven Crane, P.G Wodehouse and Agatha Cristie, plus lots and lots more...

Ay up. It's a mixed bag - but some great characters, and interesting threads. Some good intellectual debate, and lighter stuff too - usually something worth reading.
