It needs a capital letter in the word 'how' - apart from that it looks like a perfectly good title to me. :D

Someone mentioned this earlier . . . At least fake something! Make up some observations and ask for commentary. Anything! We would probably appreciate even a small effort.

sorry about that...i do of course have my own ideas, but I do not know how to develop them. I do not know how to start the essay etc.
Anyway, what I think is that:
There are many religious tensions in the Victorian Time. As seen in the book, Calvonism plays an important role in the characters' lives, and everyone in the story wants to lead a good, religious life. However, as seen by Dr Jekyll, everybody has a force pulling them to the evil side. Every person has a desire to do bad things, and these two conflict with each other...
More tensions may involve evolution. The natural life evolves into the next stage, but Mr Hyde represents the desire to return back to the loathsome, corrupt side of man...
If anybody could help me with this, it would be much appreciated.

These are good starting points PD. The conflict between man's 'higher' and 'bestial' natures is indeed the central premise of the novel. This concept is also 'of its age' - a very Victorian outlook - these days human nature is recognised to be far more complex and less one-sided.
I would suggest that you use this as the basis of your essay and look for examples in the novel's text where the differences between Jeckyll and Hyde's characters are discussed and use these as examples.
There is a searchable text of the novel on the sight here, which will probably prove useful.
Good Luck.

You could also have a look at the victorian views on different social classes:
Compare the good doctor (who supposedly can do no wrong) opposed to Hyde (a thug from the criminal class).

Thank you very much Xamonas Chegwe & ClaesGefvenberg. :thumbs_up
But may I ask, what did you mean by the following.
The conflict between man's 'higher' and 'bestial' natures is indeed the central premise of the novel.
By bestial and higer nature, do you mean their physical appearances and descriptions?
And also, how would you suggest ending the essay??
