Are these sentences grammatical? And if not, could you rewrite for me or explain what’s wrong inside? Please :)
Our disgusting mayor once announced this slain outskirt is where paupers used to gathering due to its slum-like region.
Though many outcast infants are born and living in suffering, most of then comport respectfully and never beg for a mug of drink in their life.
Owing to his dressing, I regarded his dress not comported such a coronation occasion.
Our mayor once said that this area was where paupers used to gather because of its slum character.
(I think grammatically it's ok now but I'm not sure semantically, I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say)
Although many outcasts (orphans?) are born to and live in suffering, most of them behave with dignity and never beg for anything (?) in their lives.
(I'm only guessing what is it you're saying)
I didn't think his clothes were suitable for such an occasion.
---
What are you trying to say? I changed the sentenced but by doing so I might have changed the meaning considerably. Also, for what occasion are those sentences intended? I mean, if it's for an essay, I don't think you should say 'disgusting mayor'. If you're writing a letter to someone, it's justifiable to express your opinion. I think it'll be better if you sent me a private message, it might be a good idea to take it off board :)

Our disgusting mayor once announced this slain outskirt is where paupers used to gathering due to its slum-like region.
Our disgusting mayor once announced that in this slum-like place where paupers used to gather. Or something like that. There are examples of inconsistent tense and inappropriate verbiage in the original.
Though many outcast infants are born and living in suffering, most of then comport respectfully and never beg for a mug of drink in their life.
Though many outcast infants are born and live in suffering, most of them act themselves respectably and never beg for a mug of drink in their lives.
The original has incorrect verb forms, inappropriate usage, and lack of agreement in number.
Owing to his dressing, I regarded his dress not comported such a coronation occasion.
I considered him to be ill-dressed for a coronation.
Poor word usage, etc. The word "comport" is a rarely used, and it is used only in special cases. I would suggest that you use a thesaurus. www.dictionary.com is very useful.
