Animal Farm- Changes in characters

Hello! Right now in English, we're doing a project on character changes for one character of our choice. I chose Napoleon, but I'm not really sure on how he changes throughout the novel. Could someone please give me ideas? The project is due monday.

Well, Napoleon at the beginning has the animal's interests at heart, he's fine with sharing with Snowball, et cetera, et cetera.

He goes on to become a little stuck-up cow...I mean pig. He runs Snowball off the farm and cares for no one but himself and Squealer.
