The Best Book ABOUT Byron's "Don Juan"

I am looking for the best book ABOUT Lord Byron's "Don Juan". Not a critical overview per se, more of a "behind the scenes". What Byron went through in writing the poem, revising it, getting it published, etc.

I suggest you widen your search and ask for an objective "behind the scenes" book on Byron himself firstly.
I still have trouble finding details on his grandfather's (Lord Geroge Gordon) death (when, where, by whom) in 1785 as well as his previous connections to "mysticism", whatever the term might mean to you.
