Poem Help Required

Hi (first time)

I am trying to find a poem from way back in school days.

The poem was entitled "A letter to my father: sixty today". I am sure it was writtten by Patrick Creagh. However, in spite of my many attempts, I have been unable to find any trace of this work. I am begining to think I imagined it. Does anyone have any ideas?
