when they tortured him and wuts her name tht girl.
they both once loved each other and swore not to give each other up.
she gave him up to be saved from her worst fear(a mystery?)
and he gave her up to save from the rats.

Maybe it wasn't that they loved eachother in the first place- but, like a rebelious teen, they came together as a way of rebeling against BB. If it was not love, but simply rebellion- then the Ministry of Love had a right and a need to quash it.

Does anyone have any guesses or inferences as to what Julia's worst fear was? If I recall, the only clue was a scar on her face or neck.
