hey guys im a bit stuck and woundering if anyone could help. im just doing jekyll and hyde coursework and need some quotes for setting and character to boost my grade. ive found a couple but could do with a few more, mainly on character. if anyone has any could they please let me know. thanks xxxx :)

Ok, a hint... How would the victorians have reacted to the fact that the respected doctor Jekyll and the thug Hyde was one and the same? Consider the victorians view of different social classes and their respective characteristics.

Aslo...
Back then Darwins theory of evalution had just come out so they would be kinda freaked out about the idea of hyde being like an ape, you know with
"And next moment, with ape-like fury, he was trampling his victim under foot and hailing down a storm of blows,"

Yes, of course... I didn't think of that, but you are quite right: As a matter of fact, Darwin unwittingly sparked off one of the fiercest rows in history when he published it.
