you need to 'disect' the question to see what the question is really asking. eg: is the effect of drinking bad or is it just bad as in generally bad in health issue. you need to know or at least have a fairly clear idea on what your teacher expect from your answer (cos' writing an essay is the same as answering a question or prove your opinion/point of view with relevant, suggessive examples so that you can persuade your audience with logical and rational evidence.) i really can not help you much at this stage cos' i don't know the exact question. you need to decide what your points on this drinking question and i can perhaps help you to epand your ideas around them and made them fit into a persuasive piece of prose (essay).

Hum, roughly5 paragraphs per essay: 1 for introduction, 3 paragraphs for 3 of your main points-for the body and 1 to conclude your points (to emphasize what you already said in your essay). each paragraph should be about 100-150words.
