To,
The Dear and Lovely,
People of this forum.

Dears,
I am sorry that I will not be able to visit the forum from 16-23 January or probably I will not visit it this whole month after 23 as I have to go somewhere outside the city.

So, my request to the members is please try to post a little less because it will be very difficult to catch up with the forum - if you guy can help it. (lol, being self-centered)

Yours lovely (lol)

Pensive and Pansy

PS: Have a lovely time.

have a good time and come back safely.
love and hugs to take with you

Maybe this will help:

It’s time to play the music. It’s time to light the lights.
It’s time to meet the Muppets on the Muppet Show tonight.
It’s time to put on makeup. It’s time to dress up right.
It’s time to raise the curtain on the Muppet Show tonight.
Why do we always come here? I guess we’ll never know.
It’s like a kind of torture to have to watch the show.
And now let’s get things started. Why don’t you get things started?
It’s time to get things started
On the most sensational, inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational
This is what we call the Muppet Show!

(Gonzo blows his trumpet - or at least attempts to.)

I just realized, I have the distinction of being the only Muppet here that speaks something resembling proper English.

Thanks everyone. By the way, I am going on 16th January and six days are left. So, no need to say goodbyes yet. Thanks for your wishes.

I am still here for 4 or 5 days.

Hopefully see you here and there. I will need your Prayers while the journey as well. Sometimes I am scared of train journey very much.

I have a question that is popping up in my mind like a bubble...What do you guys do while a journey? For example, if you have no company then what will you do other than reading a book?

Eh; I get motion sickness, so I usually sleep or listen to music.

Same here, I can't read in a moving vehicle. Sleep, music, or deep/not-so-deep thought.

I occasionally pull out the good old sketchbook and well, sketch. It's stimulates the right brain, keeps the boredom away, and even if you stink at it, who cares, no one needs to put it on a wall and look at it for the rest of their live. Practice makes perfect too, so the further you travel the better you get.

Have a great time in the city. :D

Eh; I get motion sickness, so I usually sleep or listen to music.
You can do that?? IT only makes it worse for me way way worse. Actually the only thing that seems to control my motion sickness is sleep or somthing cruchy to eat like crisps or bisciuts. Luckily for me my be sick mechanisim is well trained enough to know if somthing goes into mouth and swallow means down not up!
HAppily for me I dont get sea sick or train sick or air sick ( in fact I dont mind turbulance in the slightest except when irt causes drinks to spill;) )
But an hour in a car can have me heading for the closest bedroom to lie down for an hour before I can think of eating.
Its worse when its hot though isnt it?

Now my 2 bits Im off to Egypt again on the 1st of feb and wont be back for 2 weeks. Please world stop. As this time there will be *gasp* NO internet accesss at all. I think I need to cry :bawling:, nah!
:D
Oh cripes a 2 hour car ride
:D :goof:

Oh, we'll miss you too Night.

As for me, reading, listening to music, and sleeping - all of which have been mentioned. The other ting I enjoy is looking out the window. I enjoy seeing the sights.

yaye. now you can help me hug and pinch Eva's dear cheeks, which in turn keeps her happy and ready to accomplish anything she sets her dear heart to. And those eyes, those glorious eyes. Why I think I shall borrow her trusty guitar called nightingale and sing an ode to those eyes. Then I shall sing a song to Night about her exotic beauty on this forum and then one to Pensive about her wings of gossamer and gold.
Then I will go to bed.

and now for the travelling I totally agree with Virgil but I would also add eating chips and stuff.. :D

Virg,
just one question, why do you usually spell thing ting.? I first thought it was just a spelling mistake but you have done that more than once and besides being an incredibly wealthy genius you are very literary, so I was just wondering.
Kaltrina sounds like crystal clear water tinkling down a glistening shelf on a pristine mountain.

LOL! I always think that every time I leave :D

As for things to do, well I also just read or listen to music or just watch out of the window and think... I travel alone most of the time and I've never been too bored... the excitment of travelling is enough I guess...
I even haven't still found a mean of transportation which gives me sickness... when I was a child and with my family we travelled by car to the south of Italy (about 9-10 hours journey) I read whole books and my mum was sick just at the though of it ;) When I went to Finland 2 weeks ago I took a trip to Estonia and my friend was wondering if I'd be seasick on the ferry but it was totally fine :)
