I think it was an accident, The petrol depot had a fire that burned out of control.

Wow! I've been so busy, this is the first I've heard about it! I have a cousin who lives just outside London. I'll have to call my mom tomorrow to see if she knows it she's okay. I really hope all our forum members are okay. It looks like, from the report, amazingly no one was killed.
