Hello, a new member here. Joined hopefully to help with my literaure studies.

By the way, since I registered a few days ago, I have received a few Spam mails advertising the usual rubbish. I must admit I do not normally get this sort of crap and I wondered if anyone else has suffered this after initially joining the Literature Network? If so, are we to infer that someone is using the registered email addresses here to bombard us with garbage?

I would also think it is just a fluke that you're getting spam since joining here, the hotmail account I use for this site gets no spam whatsoever.

Hello to all those who replied! Yes, the spam (junk email to the uninitiated or ironic) must be specific to the email address I am using. None received since of course - it's called sod's law.

Must get myself a fantasy icon like most people seem to have, where/how do you create them?
