I need help analyzing this poem. I dont fully understand it, and I would appreciate help from anyone. I need help analyzing the rhyme and meter of this poem. I also need to locate the poetic devices that are involved. I know this is a rather simple poem,but I would like to see how other people view it. Thank you.

There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away
Nor any coursers lika a page
Of prancing poetry
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!
