I don't see how school or study can get in the way of posting here at all. In my experience, I posted very regularly during my exam period, and in these last two weeks of holidays I've posted only occasionally. All these people, like Lothwen, Jay and fayefaye
I dislike the idea that school work means you should change your lifestyle and restrict your activities so much. The only thing that might keep me from posting here is lack of internet access or laziness.
Hey Munro, the thing is I have to remove myself (sometimes with some kind of self-violence lol) from the computer and do some school work done indeed, so to spare myself a lot of self-bashing and other ouchy stuff, I don't visit that often. When I visit, I have to read all the new posts... takes time. I know that if I visited regularly I'd have fewer posts to read, but then more time (and occasion) to respond. Not that that is a bad thing or anything, but one has to actually do some study thingies... Well, not a lot of that actually going around lately as far as I'm concerned lol. Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive... kinda lol.

you have self-control, munro. the thing is, i'm a compulsive procrastinator. and, once i get on the internet and start posting, i don't get off for hours. no self control. i have to limit myself otherwise i'll get no study done at all.
Same here, Fayefaye... same here. ;)

ok, i've figured out why i keep posting whilst i'm not supposed to. *pause for deep psychiatric insight* aww.. i'm scared when i get back here all my posts will be gone... disappeared like old posts do. cry i've gotten awful attached to this place lately. (this is my 99th post and i seriously haven't been here that long)
on the other hand, i changed the title of my post so i don't throw all of u off.
Is it possible to change titles of topics??? Now this is new to me.

I like to procrastinate effectively. It's a reason I've done well at school for the past few years. Being lazy...yet still doing stuff...
Procrastinate? I do that a lot haha. Sometimes I get myself in troubles just because I didn't do something when I was supposed to... But then I try to somehow amend myself, doing it the best I could manage to. ;)

Mmmm...well...I think I can answer my own questions, thanks mate.
I just started my last year, fayefaye, one more year in high school, but I can make it. When it's over, I'm gonna have a huge schoolies fortnight up in Surfer's Paradise via Byron Bay (hehe) and then a months holiday to heal the wounds of the HSC, and then I'm gonna work part time at my job until I go to university. I want to go to Macquarie, and do an English literature degree.
When that's finished I'M OUTTA THIS DUMP! :D
Sorry Munro . Not gonna kill me :( if I promise not to do it again :(? I'll behave :(, really.

ahhh!! It seems I'm surrounded by literature students. Truth to tell, I chose English instead of Literature (*huge groan*). I still majorly regret that. My friends never hear the end of it. ) I really don't like english (you tell me how fun it is to write an essay on tv news). it's my worst subject in terms of grades, too. oops I suppose that makes me intellectually the opposite of just about every other person here. oops
