It's the literary technique known as 'Stream of Consciousness'. It's like an interior monologue but differs in the sense that the writing seems unorganised and may even be gramatically incorrect as it traces sensory feelings and thoughts.
Virginia Woolf uses this in her works.

Maybe the first one is interior monologue . Stream of Consciousness also known as stream of thought, which can be found in writings such as Ovid's Metamorphoses and Fyodor Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment.
