International Library of Poetry

Question! Does everyone or no-one get their poetry book with their work published within it? I was unwell and submitted something on line for fun just to keep my mind off being sick. A relative on my behalf, thought it would be nice to pay for this book as a gift for me. After researching, i realised it was a bit fishy. Thing is, i am in Australia so are we less of a chance to get resolution out of this? Either the book or a refund? I've tried to find an email address so i can ask for her refund but no luck, probably typically. Any advice? It was $130 American ($80 Aussie)
