'This time of year' poems

Hi, I'm Ken.
I'd like to find some poems on 'This time of year'.
I've got 'Ode to Autumn'.
Any ideas?
Could be autumn/fall, Yom Kippur, something biblical/Christian, what have you?

I found several poems in my Library of World Poetry book and looked up the links online rather than typing them up. Hope this helps you some.
