I hated Tess of the D'Ubervilles but I guess that's not of much hellp to you. Exam is shorter than egzam if you have to use abreviations at least be coherent.

How did you end up with so many books to finish in such a short amount of time????

I read Robinson Crusoe and I didn't really like it (I don't like the movie or animated versions of it either)......

At first I thought it was an abreviation for "exam", but it's longer and that wouldn't make any sense, so maybe it means eggs and ham, but that wouldn't make any sense either would it?

Crusoe saves Friday (on a Friday which is how he gets his name). Friday repays him by becoming his servant.

Well, unless it's green eggs and ham.

Am I the only one who finds this thread a wee bit funny? But a little sad too. Reminds me of my daughter who used to rush the day before to get her homework assignments done. That's a lot of reading for one day. :brickwall:

That is the reason why I hadn't replied. There isn't much that can be done to help someone wo has to read that much.
