A Hard Rain

After poking around on this forum for a couple days i decided to take the short time to make an account and begin posting. My first post is below this one entitled On the Road and more... I just wanted to give you, Mono, some sort of acclaim and also a mention of respect because I would have never of began posting here if it weren't for so many interesting, intelligent, and down to earth posts and responses i noticed of you while lurking around. Props. You seem to keep an edge on things, and I feel it is very good for the overall atmosphere of the forums. I am sure there are many of you that i will learn to admire also. Cheers to that. Ultimately, my personal nod Mono.

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much, A Hard Rain, I feel entirely flattered!
I suppose I cannot exactly thank "the academy," or any such thing, in receiving such a compliment, which seems bound to contribute to some kind of immodesty of mine. Most of all, though through a computer monitor, hard drive, 26 letters, and 10 number combinations, I consider it a true honor to remain among all of the members of the forum. I accept and thank you graciously for your very kind compliment, A Hard Rain, and hope you may find the genius that amazes me among many other members of the forum (*nods to baddad, subterranean, Scheherazade, Logos, amuse, Aurora Ariel, Helga, rachel, shortysweetp, and Koa*).
I truly hope to see you around more, A Hard Rain, and again cannot thank you enough for this note, which has made wonderful and warm this cold morning. :)

One can never get enough praise I think, which by the way is good for the soul, Mono so let me say you definitely deserve it. You were one of the first to welcome me and make me feel good about the group right from the beginning. One of the nicest things anyone can do when someone joins a new group/forum is to make them feel welcomed.
The wonderful thing about this forum is that everyone's so nice. Admin, mods, old timers and newbies. But not only nice they're helpful and understanding. You're never made to feel unwelcomed or unwanted. Thanks for that Mono and everyone else!
Good grief! I suddenly feel so spoiled. Though any praise for this dilapidated thought of mine seems too much, of course I send proudly more praise to my fellow members, moderators, and admin.
Thanks again - this really made my day! :D
