it's not your "fault" if you're feeling sad or depressed and feel the need to self-harm

it's not something that you can just "snap out of"

and

it's not something that you should have to deal with all alone. :(

Thanks for saying that, I've already brought this up on one of y.f.l.'s other poems.
A recurrent theme in his writing that disturbs me. It is OK to get help when you are struggling with depression! Tom Cruise is a nincompoop for saying otherwise.

we really don't like to `censor' poetry here, or any other creative works, but, I'm going to ask you to consider getting some support and help with the recent issues you've written and posted about.

there are members of these forums who are younger than you, 13 years and younger :) so, while I'm not saying you can't post your poems, I'm saying we try to be careful that we don't upset and or have inappropriate content for people who might be especially vulnerable to it.
