Maybe those of us who can't or won't be reading Zombie can read something else and just post about it as we go along??

Woman in White looks very intriguing (sp?). Sad, I am an English teacher, yet can't spell worth beans... Oh well, I have the students use the dictonary anyway.

However, the Book Club is for discussions of the books chosen by the majority of participating members. You can use the other Sub-forums in the Forum for these discussion. E.g., there is a speacial section where you can post your thoughts on Dracula.

I voted for Woman in White just because I really want to read it, but I like the idea of a few of us reading Sleepy Hollow on Halloween Night. Start a thread for it and I'll plan on joining you Oct. 31.

Please note that poll rigging attempts will not be tolerated and might result in getting banned for those who try.
We are all here because we share a love of reading and, to me, it little matters which book we read. The nomination and voting process is just a simple way of trying to bring in some kind of variety to our usual reading habits and also makes it a little more exciting and fun.
Please let's not spoil it for ourselves and/or for others.

Holy Carp!! I've been pushing this book for months!!! Waiting to the very end to vote kind of has it's drawbacks - sometimes you miss the chance to vote and your book ends up in a tie. phew!!!
