TWISTED as I am:
Each glow of the tiny embers reflected in my cornea, as they flickered and twinkled in the fire. I sat rocking in my oversized chair with room to spare; facing the bright chimney with a dead cold stare that held no anticipation. Sat still, for hours and hours to come… A black shadow crawled across the floor, along with the creature it belonged to. The creature encircled my rocking chair twice then jumped on my chest with no warning. She purred and meowed, I rubbed her black fur back and forth as she curled up on my lap.
I put her back down gently and walked across the half empty room to the vast collection of dried flowers on my center table; I sniffed them and admired them. A sudden roar of thunder made me jump with excitement. I rushed to the front yard to indulge the precious raindrops, only to find my skin being burned and decayed by the acid rain! Yet I stood and took evil pleasure at my own flesh eating pain.
I began to walk, down the empty and eerie streets to pause in front of the resting place of a thousand corpses. Entered this sacred place and walked down its narrow path. Darkness and thick clouds became even thicker the deeper I passed into the cemetery.
As I reached the end of the path and came to a halt, the acid rain which had stopped pouring from the dark skies containing a rainbow of seven shades of gray; had started once again.
I stared at the last grave of the graveyard, the grave I dug with my own two hands, to bury the twisted mime. The grave which I stared at now; to my utter astonishment was open rather than enclosed. The mime with its eyes which held no eyeballs but only decayed and dried eye sockets; gawked at me, and gave me its sick, evil, smile from its lips sewn shut.
I glared with disbelief and could not regain motion. The black and white mime with its empty eyes froze me in place. Slowly it rose from its grave and breathed on me its hot and dusty breath. The sinister mime pierced its left hand through me and ripped out my beating heart, covered in gory black substance, showing no mercy or anxiousness.
Thump, thump... thump, thump... I heard it beating in its hand. I pleaded, staring into its empty dead sockets; spare my damaged heart, let alone my cursed soul, let it be ... Oh, please do not harm it, for it is scarred and tainted. The mime smiled its crooked smile from the corner of its stitched mouth, and without any hesitation, slaughtered my pounding heart.
I felt my little bit of sanity drained from me and float away with the stench of the rotting corpses. I am no longer alive, yet I see the mime’s dark, dreadful, eye sockets and its wicked smile from the corner of its lips sewn shut.
My body lifeless, still lays in front of the diabolic mime’s grave, along with the mime, as it awaits so patiently... sitting in its deep grave of darkness, to devour its next victim...
