I look into the mirror and what I see…
My empty reflection staring back at me…
I look into the mirror and I see…
The deepest of the deepest of the dark blue sea…

I look into the mirror it speaks to me…
Of all the lies and suppressed anxiety…

I look into the mirror…
I look into the mirror… the mirror told me…
It is not you there is ‘she’…

‘She’… ‘She’… with smothered smile and false glee…
‘She’… with sullenness imitating reality…
‘She’… builds shield to escape from thee…
‘She’… all that is ‘un’pretty…
‘She’… of all is not free…

I look into the mirror which contains ‘she’…
And replied ‘no’, it is me.

Haunting.....and...What are you doing in my mirror?

I liked it, being just an untrained novice, that may not say much, but,
when your work touches someone else, you've "touched on something".

So open your arms,
