I finished the book "Passion" by Jude Morgan today, where among other characters he tells the story of John Keats and his beloved, Fanny Brawne. Well the ending of it is quite tragic. And inspiring;

Blurred my eyes by my tears
And the window by fog -
The world is oceans away.
It's been eight frozen years
To my heart, on my knees
Winter showing no signs of decay.

Touch me not, don't you see?
There is nothing in me,
I am an unshiftable stone.
Not sunshine, not rain,
not even the wind
Can move a rock long forlorn.

Touch me not- if you may,
Tear the ground I'm upon -
With the wink of an eye
I shall sink to my tomb.
You won't hear me, I swear -
Turn a moment away -
Skies won't see anything changed.

Beyond the great waters,
oh damnable sea -
False advise took him from me.
'Twas my name on his lips
just before he was gone,
But for me there's not even his bones.
