Samizdat is the name of the literature circulating illegally in the Soviet Union... unpublished stuff that was typed or handwritten and passed on to other people who copied it again and distributed it and so on.
It is also the topic of my final paper, which at the present moment consists of... one page. :rolleyes:
So I'd like some feedback... what do you know about samizdat? How do you think a paper on it should be organised? (I'm not going to focus on the works or on the topics, but rather on the meanings of the phenomen). Do you know any good resources about it online? Or even offline, but easy to get...
I was thinking of presenting the phenomenon and then describe its techniques..and then its impact and meanings, but it's hard to find an order yet... and I'm waiting for some books my teacher will give me on Wednesday... still I'm sort of worried that I'll have to struggle to fill just 30 pages...
