hi,iam 16 years old and i need help finding the compare and contrast of the real history of the U.S.S.R. from the book. its due in a few days. please help anyone.

Google "animal farm USSR". I refuse to out and out do someone's homework for them, but I will help in giving a little direction.

The comparison between Animal Farm and Stalinist Russia can be found in any decent preface of the book. If you are looking for point-by-point comparisons, I would recommend looking at Soviet historical timelines, circa 1924, about the time Lenin died, Trotsky was demonized, and Stalin seized power.

If the thesis statement of the book is, beware the revolution, lest you become like those you overthrow, certainly the Soviet model fits. The Nazi model, not so neatly, but it fits as well.
