Please, don't reply to this. I would just like to say that speaking to unbelievers about Christ is like trying to break down the Great Wall of China with my skull. There are many who will not listen, and find pleasure in mocking Christians. I know this will always be true, and indeed, Christ has told us to bear our appointed crosses and follow Him. We are called to be in the world but not of the world, for the world hated Jesus, and even more so His disciples. I am not trying to be antagonistic, just trying to put out my thoughts after a pretty annoying argument with someone else. Oh yeah, and if you read this, dejosc, I want you to know that it was sin for me to get angry over this. Please know, I didn't intend to preach.

Djtru,

I am sorry that you feel rather frustrated on religious issues, especially when you encounter with those whose opinions are different from yours. However, we all need to remember that there will always be people who do not share our beliefs, views and feelings. What is more, it wouldn't be realistic to believe/expect that they would change their life-long views simply because we tell them so. Please also remember that the other party might be feeling as frustrated as you do.

In light of this, maybe it would be the best way to avoid such arguments or try to exchange views without getting 'personal' or letting things turn into strong arguments.

I will now close this thread since you don't want any responses.
