I remember reading this yesterday, white camellia, and I thought it very touching, and reminiscent of classical Romanticism poetry (some of my favorites come from this era!). Throughout the poem, you carry a rhythm, a rare virtue of contemporary poetry, that I can nearly tap my foot to, and hum a tune. The assymetrical rhyme in the few lines, I think, mirrors much of the tone; at first, I thought it odd, but reflected on the poem's subject, and may have realized that the "love, pain" subject influenced the well-set structure.
Very well done, white camellia - short and sweet.
