No its original copyright (not the he american/english transalation) was from 1979 so at least another 24 years to go for the original (provided author died in the same year) as for the american copyright provided the author died the day he took out copyright and the owners of the translation copyright are dead (but they are a company so I dont exactly know how that works) you have at least until 2048 to wait. :)
