I'm a week here still dont know everything from a-z.haha....help me out people!don't worry I'm not a too much burden!just slight!so howz it being ignorant in your own stuff?do you too find yourself ignorant?
I find myself ignorant when I don't know how to pretend I know.....hick!
Hello, tiny explorer. I have seen you around the forums, and I would like to welcome you here.
In my opinion, we all seem greatly ignorant in our own ways; even Socrates, in Greek philosophy, admitted of only knowing that he knew nothing.
Someone who also learned English recommended this site; hopefully you can find some use in it, too: http://www.usingenglish.com/ ;)

I think people are ignorant WHEN they pretend they know, not when they don't know how to pretend.
And I also think that we CAN'T really know anything. It seems the more educated I become, the less I know, and the less I care for your so called knowledge. :p

mono- Even though English is my first language, I looked at that website for boredom's sake. Did you see the idiom page? Wow. I can't honestly say I use many of them in regular conversation. I hadn't even heard some of them before. Very amusing. :D
Anyway, if I may add my opinion about the "ignorance" topic... It seems to me that ignorant people are simply people who are unaware of something. Whether or not they pretend to know more than they do is part of their character.

This is just not right, no one's ignorant, that's what I think,
everybody know little of everything, maybe not everything but we all know much or little in certin things,
and in the same time we know nothing about other things, we are human, as you know...
there's so many, lots of things, that we are not so good at, and know nothing about, and that the sweetness of life,
everyday is a chance to learn new things, languges, words, and many other things,
I believe that to the last breathe you will know things you never know...
why do we even pretend that we know this and that?
why dose anyone want to show that he knows lots of things?
while he's empty form the inside, that's a foolish thing to do,
till this moment I really don't know what's the point of this topic, I DON'T KNOW...
happy that isn't not hard thing for me to say,
Maya

Hello, tiny explorer.
Welcome to the forums, and I must say that your introduction is a jaw-dropper. Ignorance, to me, is such a strong adjective to use under the circumstances. We all have difficulty accustoming to our surroundings every now and then, but that does not mean that we should describe ourselves as ignorant. Having said that, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask away...we will be happy to help you as best as we can.
