Killing Lizards

hello, i just completed an english exam, (to take english highlevel next year in the IB) about a short story. The title of the story was Killing Lizards, and it was written by someone called William Boyd (i think) and i was just wondering wether anyone had heard of it, and if so what their opinion on it was?
