i read this book for school, in french, (i'm not french, neither english as you can see :). this book is quite slow but it describes perfectly, through voltair's critics, the spirit of the age and it condams ironically a lot of aspects that weren't used to underline..<br>i found this site while i was searching something to write tomorrow, on the class test..<br>so, if you liked the book, learn french! it's better, it changes totally -not meanings, of course- but it sounds much better.
