This book had a very interesting plot. Eliot had a very long style of writing, and I had to get my mom to read the first chapter to me before I even considered reading it. As I do with most books, I skipped ahead to chapter four or so, and I found enough motivation to keep reading. I must admit, this is not a terribly interesting book. The wording was nice, but if I had written something of the such in my language arts class, especially now that we are doing sentence fluency, I would get an F. The book in itself is actually all right, but it takes an eighth grade level reader to understand it at all. I guess what I am saying is that this will never be a children’s book. In all, this was a good book.
