I think Lady chatterley is finally seeing the physical aspects of love after years of dry erudition from clifford. The sterility of Wragby parallels the lack of life all around them in the factory towns. Mellors is a goof lay in a time when love has been intellectualized--reduced to book discussions and platonic arrangements. I leave the book wondering how bi Connie's breasts were. Is that ever mentioned?
