I was wondering with all the legality and hubub about ILP/poetry.com and such about the concerns of actually getting noticed. Has there ever been proof of "said" book(s) "published" by these people, and if so have any of these people been contacted by other sources on the basis of their styles of poetry.
Secondly, if "said" book does not exist what ramifications are set upon the poems that you submited. Is there an actuall copyright so you can't send it elsewhere? Also, would it be more prudent to just submit your poems to a actual publisher, or make an attempt to get yourself published?
I ask these questions to see what steps I might be inclined to take to attempt for my styles of writing to get noticed. Also along the lines of "legalities" of things. If "said" scam does exist, what type of legal issues does "said" company have that permits them to continue without being hassled by law enforcement inquires?
To let you know, based upon my wordings and usage of the quotation marks, I am no lawyer. But the again why would you care, which in turn leads me to wonder why I am revealing "said" information and why I am continuig to write when by this time you will have already been fed up with this sentence realizing that you are good at english and could possibly see that this is a run-on sentence that should have ended many lines ago.
