Yes, that is a beautiful song. Ralph McTell is a very talanted musician and song writer. It always pleases me to hear a song written about a piece of literature since music and literature are two of my favorite art forms.

Unfortunately I haven't read the book yet, but Ralph Mctell wrote a truely beautiful song about the subject entitled "The Ferryman" Maybe it's about time I put my reading specs back on.
