This book demonstrates the importance of having strong will and faith in a world that is filled with corruption, greed, and evil. Having read the book, the message portrayed in the novel is that of a man who is willing to face the extremes of life to find his center. In the book, a landscape of humanity is shown that encompasses the life of the suffering, sick, and elderly, as well as the wealthy family of Siddhartha himself. Another aspect of the book is the landscape of the soul which is shown as encompassing the key elements of humanity such as devotion, emotions, and relationships. Overall the book was a good read and a inspirational outlook on life.
