Arbitrary b a n n e d notice when I try to post a poem. I'm on my phone visiting my wife at the hospital and silently going nuts. The poem is a Tanka chain and I've tried a few different places to post it. Things are under control otherwise.

That sounds incredibly frustrating—especially given where you are. Hope your wife’s doing okay, and that you find a place to get the posting. In time it'll work.

Hi, tailor,
Hope your wife has been successfully attended too and feels better now.

As for the poem you know how LitNet works. Wait some time, I noticed most banning happens during the night. Or wait until you can access your other devices. Or write something before and after the poem trying to sneak the poem in between.
Remember today we celebrate Resurrection!

I spent the night with her at the hospital... neither of us got any sleep. My sister-in-law is with her now; I never did see a doctor attending my wife... vitals, and meds, and blood drawn though, don't know yet if she/we will be spending the night again at the hospital. In the meantime I'm home for a quick break to attend to some details, run up to church to tie up some loose ends, then Easter dinner with my Daughter/grandkids/great-grandkids that are still local... then ?

Attempting to post the offending poem: No joy.

To morrow at least I believe there will be a doctor to attend to your wife as it will be a normal working day. Praying for the best!

Tailor, if you send me the offending poem I'll try to post it. Maybe it works if the poem comes from another source.

Hospital sent her home; needs to see primary care provider tomorrow.

re: poem - I just may... gonna tinker with it first, to see if I can find the word/words (none offensive) that are causing the problem...

Edited the poem: discarded 2-Tanka bodies... but, the offending critter was "postprandial" spelled as two words (go figger).

a sparkling Spring day

a sparkling Spring day
the river runs clear and cold
pink Dogwood blossoms
and glimmers are everywhere
on a trip to the E.R.

she's being prodded,
poked - wed to a monitor
watching game shows now
postprandial distention
is my gift for vigilance

a perfect brightness
of hope, minus the feathers,
pervades my being
since I know my Savior lives
yes, my cup runneth over

Hope your wife is better. From your account it seems she was sent home, without a doctor examining her. I thought that strange.

Congrats, tailor, for finding the problem. Enjoyed the poem, but a bit baffled about what E R stands for.
Lol for the algorithm. Postprandial is indeed a very suspicious notion, specially spelled with two words. I had to look it up, I thought it meant one thing but it meant another.

A doctor evidently arrived after I had left while my sister-in-law visited my wife. E.R. stands for "Emergency Room" where, after a brief triage, one is sent to a room for further inspection before being formally "admitted" to a hospital room/bed. And, no going to see a doctor today - a nurse is going to drop by her home, so, ok.
