In June lightning was my landlord I paid
My rent in dreams I was a witness when
The rose lost its scent as my love was laid
In the earth and in July winds often
Hunt for her ghost passing through lighthouses
I believe that heaven is prayer immune
And the handless godless prayers will unhouse
The clues she left in nature and the fortune
To spend in nature against raging grief
In May my love would paint the evening sky
Enter the canvas and clouds as relief
To let her dreams pour out as the ghost dies
Rapture transcends despair prayer diving
Was her term just before leaving on deaths wing

Touching poem... Great title. My sympathies for the protagonist. Enjoyed :)
