What do y'all opine about Hedley Lucas?
Very obscure indeed. As far as I know, he's absent from general anthologies, hasn't been printed since 1970, very few info about him or stuff by him online, he hasn't been much discussed or widely reviewed.... but he wrote a lot !
And published a lot during a span of 37 years!

Partial extract of poem. I suppressed some words ;

IN SALE PARK

Since here I give ** how I take,
To flower *** bird *** tree
And ******** love I homage make
*** happy fantasy.

And ** I native **, and sense
A primal *** of strength,
I **** *** binding fence ding
Of now, *** go * fancy's length,

Far as in *** of youth I knew,
Smelling *** dreamy flowers,
And voicing ***** that grew.
