I liked Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, Emma and The Count of Monte Cristo. I have read Oliver Twist, Jane Eyre Sense and Sensibility, Norhanger Abbey and Frankenstein, but I did not like them so much. The only book from early 19th century I have read not in wordeater's list is Confessions of an English Opium Eater, which was good in places.

Novels of the second half of the 19th century (keep in mind I haven't read that many):

-Moby-Dick
-War and Peace (I would put this as #1 probably, although M-D is amazing, but I only got to about page 900 or so, and unfortunately never finished it)
-Picture of Dorian Gray
-Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
-Notes from Underground

That unfortunately might be it for me in terms of novels from that period I've read and liked. Really want to read Crime and Punishment/Brothers Karamazov, Anna Karenina (and to finish W&P), some Henry James, Dickens, and Middlemarch!
