When I was in highschool one of the counselors came into one my classes and taught a course on dream interpretation. The basic gist of what he said was everything in the dream including the people are you or a symbol of a part of you. I agree. Those dream interpretation books are BS if you ask me. Unless you believe in a universal consciousness. But anyway look at the events and people in your dream and ask yourself "What is my subconscious mind trying to tell my conscious mind about myself?" You'll get some interesting insights. I know I have.

Ammaria-
I have gathered from the dream i had, that i have an issue with my mum and my 2 closest friends. I still not got the nerve to confront my friend, but i just can't bring myself to talk to her just yet. My dreams are getting more frequent and vivid. My mum had a doctour give me some meds. but since i started them ,it has gotten worse. i am at a loss and i have a feeling this my be a wake up call. i dunno how much longer i can put confrontations off. But in my dreams i can taste , smell and everything. even feel pain and emotion. It is really strange. i do not see myself rather i am myself and i woke up the other night wondering if it had not really happened. Things are getting crazy.. but i am sure there will be a window of oppertunity i can jump out of.
thanks

You dreams might be telling you something that somethings bad is going to happen....

I've found that recurring dreams tend to happen when something is bugging you. One example;
A few years ago, I'd never gotten on a bus alone (sad I know) My parents drove me around. After the summer holidays, my circumstances changed and I had to get the bus home from school.
I hate the people in my school, they're rude, aggressive and generally not very nice to be around. I'm a shy person and I didn't like the idea of getting on a bus with them. But also, I was afraid I'd get off at the wrong stop and silly things like that.
So, during the summer holiday, I kept having these wierd dreams about me getting of at the wrong stop or ending up in a strange place I'd never seen before. They weren't bad dreams, just completely stupid, but they added to my worry. Now I know there's nothing to be afraid of and can't believe I was so worried. It's easy.
The point of telling you all this is; I was worried about something, and I kept dreaming about it. But when I actually realised that there was nothing to worry about, they stopped, just like that. Perhaps the same could work for you.

heya...here's a bit of explanation i can manage...
dreams are usually fears, feelings or emotions that are there in ur subconcious mind...so lyk wen ur sleeping u go through o wide range of events which may or may not happen in real...yes of course ur able to feel and taste and everything...but that's just how it seems....coz when the mind is in the subconcious state u tend to feel things "mentally"...when ur body isn't undergoing any change visibly....dreams can even be interpreted(if u describe it exactly)...or they can be something that might come true in the future...lyk when i broke off with my guy some months back and we had a terrible fight...i saw the exact thing in a dream a couple of nights before...and i clearly remember seeing it and wondering if it could be true when i woke up...
