This book is a beautiful story of redemption! It's amazing that by God's grace Val Jean is a changed person. To some this book is just about misery in France. This book is just not about misery but about hope and what God can do in one's life. If you haven't read it, you'll really enjoy it! The musical is awesome too! I'm glad that I can be in the les mis school edition musical this year! It's so much fun! And the lyrics and music touch you to the heart.
